After weeks of rumors and speculation, Norwich City has finally signed striker Steven Naismith from Everton.

The 29-year-old Scottish international is believed to have cost the Canaries $12 million, as limited playing time at Everton saw the striker ask for a move away from Goodison Park.

A Norwich move was reported before the January transfer window opened, but the deal stalled and other clubs looked to swoop in and sign Naismith. However, the Canaries and Everton were able to get a deal done for the striker who has scored three goals this season, all coming via hat-trick against Chelsea in September.

While Norwich City signed a striker, Watford has signed a goalkeeper in Costel Pantilimon. Pantilimon joins the Hornets from Sunderland, where he started 17 matches this season. However, his last start came in December, as Sunderland boss Sam Allardyce has preferred Vito Mannone or the young Jordan Pickford.

At 6-feet-8-inches tall, the big Pantilimon will compete with Heurelho Gomes for the starting position at Watford.
