Croatia 2-0 Israel
It was a good day for Inter Milan players as teammates Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic each scored in Croatia’s 2-0 win over Israel. Perisic opened the scoring less than five minutes into the match and the defense stayed strong, a trend with this Croatian side that allowed just five goals in ten EURO qualifiers.

Romania 1-0 Lithuania
While Croatia’s defense has been solid, Romania’s has been even better as Anghel Iordanescu’s side kept yet another clean sheet in a friendly win over Lithuania. Romania had the best defensive record of any team in EURO qualifiers, keeping eight clean sheets and conceding just twice in ten matches. Heading into France this summer, this team could be a dark horse to make a bit of a run.
Poland 1-0 Serbia
Serbia kept Robert Lewandowski off the scoresheet but couldn’t hold off Poland, falling 1-0 on Wednesday. Prior to this win, Lewandowski had scored eight times in his previous five matches for Poland, finishing the top scorer in qualification. After failing to win a match in either of their previous two EURO appearances, Poland will be banking on the Bayern striker to stop that slide this summer.
