Jordon Ibe is going to get his chance to shine away from Anfield.

The Liverpool youngster is off to Bournemouth, signing with Eddie Howe’s club on Friday after what is believed to be a $20 million move.

Ibe, 20, moved to Liverpool from Wycombe at the age of 16 and made a career-best 41 appearances for the Reds last year, scoring four goals.

“It’s exciting,” Ibe told Cherries Player HD.

“I like the philosophy the manager has got here and there are a lot of good, young players so it’s a good place for me to kick on and do well.

“The team play the same style of football as Brendan Rogers used to play at Liverpool, which is something that I like.”

Ibe is an exciting player who showed promise with Liverpool and has represented England at youth level. With Max Gradel and Benik Afobe, Bournemouth can trot out a dangerous, shifty attack.

If the fee is accurate, it’s another club record for the Cherries.
