The game in 100 words (or less): Parity makes the heart grow something, as MLS saw yet another deadlock. That’s not to say there wasn’t a decent amount of fun in this one, as L.A. scored two very nice team goals with fitting endings while Philadelphia found an equalizer in super scrappy fashion when first round draft pick Keegan Rosenberry went hard to the goal mouth. The Union remain unbeaten at home, while the Galaxy fail in their quest to go atop the West (though a 2-2 draw across the country isn’t the world’s worst news).

Three moments that mattered

15′ — Robbie Rogers caps it off with style — That’s some good looking finish from the 28-year-old Californian.

That’s some beautiful teamwork, @LAGalaxy. #PHIvLA https://t.co/ObmIVOwaOo

47′ — Team work makes Magee work — USMNT fans will love the deft movement from Gyasi Zardes in making this goal happen, as L.A. played keep away for a while before Steven Gerrard laid off for the former MVP to belt home. Well taken.

Dos Santos ➡️ Gerrard ➡️ Magee. That was nice. #PHIvLAhttps://t.co/RTGgLRHzxy

63′ — The kid is alright — Rosenberry was where he needed to be to snare a point for the home side.
