There’s no smoke without fire.

Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere is embroiled in yet another smoking row after images emerged of the midfielder holding a shisha pipe at a London nightclub.

[ RELATED: Wilshere apologizes for smoking ]

Wilshere, 23, has already been spotted smoking in two previous incidents and was warned about his future conduct by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger when he was caught smoking outside of a London nightclub in 2013.

This summer Wilshere was also snapped smoking and drinking heavily in Las Vegas with other England teammates as his off-field behavior was called into question by Wenger once again.

Arsenal have confirmed that they are investigating pictures of Wilshere holding a shisha pipe, as a new debate over professional soccer players smoking has sparked up (this pun was not intended) in England.

Below is a picture of Wilshere with the shisha pipe, as the England international now appears to have been caught smoking three times publicly despite issuing an apology after the first incident.

Wilshere has been out injured since late December with an ankle injury but is close to a return for the Gunners. However should he be able to walk straight back into the team, or should Arsenal reprimand their star midfielder for yet another discrepancy? Yes, he is a role model but he is also a human being. However, to make the same mistake three times proves that Wilshere obviously isn’t taking warnings from Wenger and others seriously.

NOTE: Seriously though, is there a smoking culture at Arsenal? Wojciech Szczesny was recently fined $30,000 by the club for lighting up, in the shower, after the Gunners lost 2-0 to Southampton.
