Manchester City's Sergio Aguero headlines the team of the week for Round 34 of the 2015-16 Premier League season.

With just four rounds remaining in the 2015-16 Premier League season, we’re down to our final few selections for Team of the Week.

Heurelho Gomes stopped two penalties in Watford’s clean sheet win over West Brom, becoming the first Premier League goalkeeper to stop two penalties in a match on two separate occasions.

Two defenders from the North East make the cut, as Newcastle’s Jamaal Lascelles and Sunderland’s Lamine Kone help make up the back-line.

Lascelles is joined by his Magpie teammate Andros Townsend, whose goal and assist helped earn Newcastle a vital win over Swansea. Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne is also back in the Team of the Week, having not lost a step after missing nearly 10 weeks with a knee injury.

Up top, it’s hat-trick hero Sergio Aguero flanked by two other goal scorers on the week, Fabio Borini and Daniel Sturridge.
