It was a day of open training sessions, meetings and general tomfoolery for Premier League teams hanging out in the United States on Tuesday. From Spurs meeting fans in Toronto to the Citizens training at Sporting Park, the US tours are conducting their opening acts.

ARSENAL

Monday went well for the Gunners in New York, from Arsene Wenger celebrating America to a popular viral video of several players butchering the NYC accent.

On Tuesday, the team unleashed a list of everything they’ll be publicizing in New York City.

ASTON VILLA

The Villans met fans and signed autographs in Dallas ahead of Wednesday’s tilt with the city’s MLS squad. They also messed around in Jerry World:

Meanwhile, Villa’s No. 1 was in Chicago to toss out the first pitch at Wrigley Field:

CRYSTAL PALACE It’ll be another day til their match up with Columbus, but Crystal Palace continued to tout their training regimens on social media.

LIVERPOOL The Reds are readying for their tussle with AS Roma at Fenway Park in Boston on Wednesday, which you’ll be able to watch live on NBCSN, online via Live Extra. Brendan Rodgers held an opening training session under the Green Monster:

And Rodgers wouldn’t be drawn into criticizing Luis Suarez for leaving Anfield.

MANCHESTER CITY Unfortunately -- in many ways -- the Citizens were unable to properly use fluff pieces and promotional endeavors on social media before their training session in Kansas City, thanks to a racial incident in their U-21 match back in Croatia caused the premature cancellation of a match.

MANCHESTER UNITED The Red Devils met with their own royalty, as David Beckham came by for some conversation and camera work. United takes on the Los Angeles Galaxy on Wednesday night. The club also unveiled its away kit:

Here at #mufc we like to travel in style. The 2014/15 away kit continues that tradition. #MUFCkit pic.twitter.com/lQUVzw4eA1 — Manchester United (@ManUtd) July 22, 2014

SWANSEA CITY The Welsh club is done with America -- for now -- after last week’s 1-1 draw against CD Guadalajara and a 2-0 loss to the NASL’s Minnesota United.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR Having completed their first match over the weekend, a 3-3 draw against Seattle Sounders, Tottenham prepared for Wednesday’s match against former teammate Jermain Defoe with an opening training and autograph session at BMO Field (which is on Canadian soil, but you get the theme here and our diversion).

WEST BROMWICH ALBIONGraham Dorrans converted a penalty won by Victor Anichebe as the Baggies bested the Sacramento Republic in the first of two friendlies between the clubs. And apparently Gareth McAuley found out he wasn’t swimming correctly. Goalkeeper Ben Foster celebrated his new contract correctly:

A new contract, and we get to play golf @PebbleBeachGolf ...... Tuesdays don’t come much better than that! pic.twitter.com/B0crNIf5lR
