The U.S. U-19 national team was involved in a massive on-pitch brawl against Bahrain in the COTIF tournament in Spain on Monday.
Bahrain beat the U.S. 3-1 but towards the end of the game a huge fight broke out which cleared both benches and chaos ensued on the pitch.

It all began after a U.S. player was fouled and then a Bahraini player kicked a ball at his head why he was on the ground.
Brad Friedel is the coach of the U-19 squad which beat Spain and Mauritania in the tournament but this loss to Bahrain, coupled with the defeat to Venezuela, means the U.S. did not advance to the semifinal stage. Spain and Venezuela made it through from Group A and will face Qatar and Argentina respectively in the semis.
See video of the incident below as both teams did end the fracas quickly but tempers flared on the pitch and on the sidelines.
