WATCH: Bernardo helps Man City set new Premier League record

Man City's Bernardo Silva controls a cross from Leroy Sane and slots a shot into the goal against Brighton. The goal gives Man City 104 Premier League goals this season, breaking the single-season goals record.

We’ll have to wait for Championship Sunday to see who scores the new standard, but we now know the name of the man who broke the Premier League’s team single season scoring record.

It’s Bernardo Silva, who scored with long, low drive in the 34th minute of Manchester City’s penultimate game of the season.

City went ahead of Brighton and Hove Albion 2-1 on the day with the goal, the 104th of the campaign.

Danilo had scored earlier to draw level with Chelsea’s 8-year-old record.
