Last season they were smashed 6-0 and 5-1 by Man City but Mauricio Pochettino’s men are stronger defensively and shutout Southampton to win their last outing. City are second after two straight wins and four games unbeaten but Manuel Pellegrini’s men have one eye on their Champions League tie with CSKA Moscow next week.
