Hughes was in charge in West London during the 2011-12 PL campaign as he kept them up on the final day of the season but following a poor run, Harry Redknapp took his job in December 2012 and has been in place ever since. The veteran manager has since relegated QPR and then got them promoted back to the big-time at the first time of asking. So far they’ve won one and lost three of their opening matches, while Stoke have won once, lost two and drawn one. Both teams could do with a victory to kick-start their campaign.
In team news QPR make four changes to the team which lost to Manchester United. In come Joey Barton, Jordon Mutch, Eduardo Vargas and Armand Traore. As for Stoke, they bring in Charlie Adam and Mame Biram Diouf for Bojan Krkic and injured Jonathan Walters.
