These two teams come into their match at the Liberty Stadium 12 places apart in the table, and yet are in very similar positions.
The last Premier League win for both West Ham and Swansea City came back on October 24. With just five combined points between the clubs since, both will be looking to pick up a vital win as they clash at 11am E.T. live on NBCSN and live online at NBC Sports Live Extra.
For the home side, there is just one new injury as Wayne Routledge has picked up a knee problem and is replaced by Bafetimbi Gomis in the starting lineup. Jonjo Shelvey returns to the squad as a bench option having missed the last three matches with a calf injury.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic is once again dealing with an injury to Andy Carroll, who has made just 17 starts since the start of last season. Carroll is out with a groin injury, so into his place comes Nikita Jelavic who makes his first start for West Ham. Manuel Lanzini is out as well but is expected back for the Boxing Day match.
These two sides have played very evenly in recent memory. Swansea has won just one of their last six Premier League matchups with West Ham, but the visitors have never won at the Liberty Stadium.
