WATCH: USMNT’s Alejandro Bedoya gives Nantes early lead in loss to Caen

Alejandro Bedoya returned from one of his finest performances with the U.S. men’s national team and got on the score sheet for in Nantes 2-1 defeat to Caen in Ligue 1 play this weekend.

Bedoya closed down a high throw before Caen keeper Rémy Vercoutre could snare the loose ball, poking it into the goal to give Nantes a 1-0 lead in the 11th minute. The Canaries conceded in the 80th and 90th minute.

Bedoya played the entire game and picked up a 73rd minute yellow card in addition to his first club goal since December 13. He also has an assist in 24 matches played this season.
