Oh it’s on.

The United States is hosting Guatemala in a must-win World Cup qualifier tonight in Columbus, and the Ohio crowd was treated to a curious sight for a U.S. game.

That sight? A plane flying a banner that reads, "#FireKlinsmann: He’s a tiny, little bit behind”.

That references one of Klinsmann’s oft-critiqued criticisms of Landon Donovan, as the USMNT boss did not bring the legend to the 2014 World Cup.

What do you think of the move? Unnecessary distraction or a welcome message to the U.S. Soccer hierarchy.
