Seattle Mariners right-hander Hishashi Iwakuma no-hit the Orioles on Wednesday.
The Mariners beat the Orioles 3-0.
Iwakuma walked three and struck out seven.
It was the first complete game of Iwakuma’s career.
Seattle’s Kyle Seager made a great play on David Lough’s foul pop to third base to start the ninth inning. Manny Machado grounded to third for the second out and Gerardo Parra flied to center for the final out.
The Orioles had not been no-hit since Sept. 1, 2007 when Boston’s Clay Buchholz did it at Fenway Park.
