The 2018 Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals have been unofficially parading through our nation's capital since they returned on Friday afternoon.

The Capitals officially took to the streets Tuesday morning with dozens of thousands of fans for the 2018 Stanley Cup championship parade. The parade got underway at 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, heading down Constitution Avenue from 7th Street to 17th Street, where there was a rally on the National Mall.
