Washington Capitals Development Camp will take place Tuesday, June 26 through Saturday, June 30 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington. On-ice sessions are free and open to the public.
Fan Fest is scheduled for Saturday and will feature photo-ops the Stanley Cup, the Caps' annual equipment sale, and the intrasquad end-of-camp scrimmage.
In addition, the Washington Capitals Alumni Association will host an Alumni Summer Classic Game on Tuesday, June 26, at 6:30 p.m. after the first day of camp has concluded.

How to attend: Capitals Development Camp 2018 Schedule
The on-ice sessions for Dev Camp are scheduled as follows. Keep in mind that ice time typically means players will be on-ice for evaluation or practice for 45 to 90 minutes. Scheduling also specifies the rink where each session will take place. Public rink refers to the one closer to Ballston Common Mall, and Capitals rink refers to the one near the team store.

Roster highlights of this summer's camp include the Caps' seven draft picks from this year's NHL draft, held last Friday and saturday. The roster totals 33 players, 11 of which are free agents and 22 of which are Caps draft picks from 2013 to 2018.There are several defensive prospects and a few forwards who had stellar seasons in the AHL, NCAA, or in their respective junior leagues.
