Caps give WFT a Twitter shoutout because it's always nice to beat Pittsburgh

For the Capitals, beating Pittsburgh is always sweet, even if it's not in hockey.

On Monday, the Washington Football Team ended the Pittsburgh Steelers' undefeated season, downing the Steelers 23-17. Following the game, the Caps were sure to give props to WFT for the big win.

The Caps-Penguins rivalry has been one of the biggest rivalries in the NHL over the past decade. Washington even beat Pittsburgh at Heinz Field, the home of the Steelers in the 2011 Winter Classic. Now, seeing Pittsburgh lose to Washington in pretty much anything is worth celebrating.

It's good to see the Caps' hatred of all-things Pittsburgh is still burning even in this COVID-extended offseason.
