Look out Braden Holtby and Ilya Samsonov, Ryan Zimmerman is coming for you!
The Capitals announced via Twitter Wednesday that a "surprise goalie" would be in net at practice. After some fan-submitted guesses, they revealed that guest would be "Mr. National" himself.

Skating onto the ice with a GoPro strapped to his helmet, Zim was greeted with cheers by the Caps.
Zim even made glove saves against Alex Ovechkin, so you could say he's pretty good.

No word on whether or not Zim will be backup in net for the Caps anytime soon.
