How to watch D.C. United's Inaugural Capital Cup exhibition games

Washington

While Major League Soccer breaks for two weeks to allow its players to play for their international teams during the FIFA international window, D.C. United announced it will crown a first-time champion with the inaugural Capital Cup at Audi Field.

The four-time MLS Cup champions welcome El Salvador's Alianza FC and Costa Rica's Liga Deportiva Alajuelense for a three-match round-robin style exhibition tournament.

After each team plays each other over the course of the week, whoever ends with the most points will be crowned as the first-ever Capital Cup champion. D.C. United's two games will be broadcast on NBC Sports Washington.
