With so many playoff implications on the line in Week 12, there will be more pressure on quarterbacks than ever when the 15 games kick off over the long weekend.

Aaron Rodgers and Matt Stafford will duel it out in Green Bay. Lamar Jackson and Justin Herbert must fend off division rivals looking to make playoff pushes. Josh Allen and Russell Wilson start primetime games against 2020 postseason teams. Even Tom Brady will have some pressure on him to keep pace with the red-hot Colts.

What does it all mean for fantasy? Here are the top 20 quarterbacks for Week 12.

2021 FANTASY FOOTBALL QB RANKINGS: WEEK 12

Weekly rankings: Quarterbacks | Running Backs | Wide Receivers | Tight Ends | Defense/Special Teams

1. Lamar Jackson (Ravens) vs. Browns

  • 2021 passing stats: 199 completions, 2,447 yards, 14 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 106 attempts, 639 yards, 2 TDs, 5 fumbles

The last time these two teams met, 89 points were scored as Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield tore apart their opposing defenses in a memorable Monday Night Football game last year. After missing last week’s game with an illness, Jackson is poised for a monster performance against Cleveland.

2. Tom Brady (Buccaneers) at Colts

  • 2021 passing stats: 284 completions, 3,177 yards, 29 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 16 attempts, 51 yards, 1 TD, 3 fumbles

Tom Brady’s MVP campaign is starting to gain some serious steam. The Buccaneers QB enters Week 12 leading the NFL in passing touchdowns and passing yards per game. Those numbers should only go up this week facing an Indianapolis defense that’s allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to QBs.

3. Josh Allen (Bills) at Saints

  • 2021 passing stats: 251 completions, 2,811 yards, 21 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 61 attempts, 340 yards, 3 TDs, 6 fumbles

Though he’s played a bit of Jekyll and Hyde this season, there are very few quarterbacks with a higher ceiling than Josh Allen. The Saints’ pass defense has struggled in recent weeks, giving Allen the opportunity to be the best version of himself in a primetime Thanksgiving matchup.

4. Jalen Hurts (Eagles) at Giants

  • 2021 passing stats: 197 completions, 2,306 yards, 13 TDs, 5 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 114 attempts, 618 yards, 8 TDs, 6 fumbles

Over the last six weeks, no quarterback has scored more fantasy points than Jalen Hurts. The Eagles QB has attempted more than 26 passes only once over that stretch, instead showing his prowess in the running game. His 5.4 yards per attempt ranks fourth among QBs with at least 50 rushes.

5. Dak Prescott (Cowboys) vs. Raiders

  • 2021 passing stats: 229 completions, 2,557 yards, 20 TDs, 7 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 26 attempts, 91 yards, 1 TD, 8 fumbles

Dak Prescott put up an absolute dud against the Chiefs last week, throwing multiple interceptions without a touchdown for the first time since Dec. 24, 2017. It’s unlikely he has another performance like that for a long time, making him a strong fantasy option against the Raiders.

6. Justin Herbert (Chargers) at Broncos

  • 2021 passing stats: 261 completions, 2,927 yards, 22 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 39 attempts, 207 yards, 2 TDs, 1 fumble

For the second straight week, Justin Herbert goes up against one of the tougher pass defenses in the NFL. After he thrashed the Steelers for 382 yards and three touchdowns, fantasy owners can rest easy starting Herbert against the Broncos despite Denver allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points to QBs.

7. Aaron Rodgers (Packers) vs. Rams

  • 2021 passing stats: 219 completions, 2,571 yards, 21 TDs, 4 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 22 attempts, 76 yards, 2 TDs, 2 fumbles

If Aaron Rodgers won you your fantasy matchup last week, there’s little reason to pull him from your lineup now as he goes up against the Rams in a pivotal NFC matchup. Both teams will attempt to roll out a well-balanced gameplan, but the Packers’ loss of Aaron Jones should put the ball in Rodgers’ hands early and often.

8. Matt Stafford (Rams) at Packers

  • 2021 passing stats: 245 completions, 3,014 yards, 24 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 23 attempts, 38 yards, 0 TDs, 1 fumble

The Rams’ offense hasn’t been clicking the last couple weeks, failing to crack 20 points against both the Titans and 49ers. Green Bay’s defense has also been a surprising strength for the Packers this year, making this no easy matchup for Matt Stafford. It’ll be up to him to rise to occasion.

9. Russell Wilson (Seahawks) at Washington

  • 2021 passing stats: 124 completions, 1,564 yards, 10 TDs, 3 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 24 attempts, 102 yards, 1 TD, 3 fumbles

Russell Wilson hasn’t looked like himself since returning from a broken finger that sidelined him for five weeks. He has yet to throw a touchdown pass nor break 250 yards in two games. Luckily, he’s facing the worst defense against QBs in fantasy on Monday night.

10. Kirk Cousins (Vikings) at 49ers

  • 2021 passing stats: 255 completions, 2,775 yards, 21 TDs, 2 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 18 attempts, 69 yards, 1 TD, 6 fumbles

Kirk Cousins has gone five straight games without throwing an interception, finding paydirt 11 times over that span. He’s quietly playing some of the best football of his career and that’s starting to show in the win column for the Vikings. San Francisco may be in for a long afternoon.

11. Joe Burrow (Bengals) vs. Steelers

  • 2021 passing stats: 215 completions, 2,645 yards, 21 TDs, 11 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 24 attempts, 55 yards, 0 TDs, 3 fumbles

12. Cam Newton (Panthers) at Dolphins

  • 2021 passing stats: 24 completions, 197 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 13 attempts, 60 yards, 2 TDs, 0 fumbles

13. Carson Wentz (Colts) vs. Buccaneers

  • 2021 passing stats: 223 completions, 2,484 yards, 18 TDs, 3 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 35 attempts, 138 yards, 1 TD, 6 fumbles

14. Jimmy Garoppolo (49ers) vs. Vikings

  • 2021 passing stats: 170 completions, 2,112 yards, 12 TDs, 5 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 27 attempts, 40 yards, 3 TDs, 5 fumbles

15. Taylor Heinicke (Washington) vs. Seahawks

  • 2021 passing stats: 217 completions, 2,390 yards, 15 TDs, 9 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 45 attempts, 276 yards, 1 TD, 5 fumbles

16. Derek Carr (Raiders) at Cowboys

  • 2021 passing stats: 254 completions, 3,041 yards, 16 TDs, 9 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 25 attempts, 52 yards, 0 TDs, 7 fumbles

17. Mac Jones (Patriots) vs. Titans

  • 2021 passing stats: 245 completions, 2,540 yards, 14 TDs, 8 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 25 attempts, 60 yards, 0 TDs, 4 fumbles

18. Ryan Tannehill (Titans) at Patriots

  • 2021 passing stats: 245 completions, 2,681 yards, 13 TDs, 12 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 32 attempts, 172 yards, 5 TDs, 6 fumbles

19. Trevor Lawrence (Jaguars) vs. Falcons

  • 2021 passing stats: 208 completions, 2,141 yards, 8 TDs, 9 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 40 attempts, 192 yards, 2 TDs, 5 fumbles

20. Tyrod Taylor (Texans) vs. Jets

  • 2021 passing stats: 69 completions, 763 yards, 3 TDs, 3 INTs
  • 2021 rushing stats: 14 attempts, 106 yards, 3 TDs, 2 fumbles
