A Dolphins legend toasts Washington for beating Pittsburgh

Football Team

Washington isn't the only city that's toasting to the Football Team on Monday night.

Because Pittsburgh is no longer undefeated, and their perfect season remains the only one of its kind in NFL history, the 1972 Dolphins are quite pleased with Ron Rivera's squad, too.

Here's what two-time champ and five-time Pro Bowler Larry Csonka — who rushed for his career-high yardage in the '72 campaign — tweeted as the final seconds of the contest ticked down:

"Tonight," Csonka says, "I'm a Washington fan."

After that, Csonka takes a hefty swig of something that's probably very expensive and very delicious.

"Yeah," he adds after said swig.

Agreed, Larry. Agreed.
