Some of the starters on the Washington Football Team won't likely see the field in their final preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens next week before the regular season starts to avoid injury before the games begin to count.
As a result, the final tune-up game that most starters will see is in Friday night's game versus the Cincinnati Bengals. During the broadcast on NBC Sports Washington, rookie linebacker Jamin Davis was asked if he's prepared for the regular season, and the 22-year-old laughed and stated that he's always ready.
"Come on, man, you really asking me that? I'm always ready—Ready for anything," Davis said.
Ron Rivera's squad kicks off their season at home against Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers on September 12th.
