A little rain ain't never hurt nobody, right?
As the Washington Football Team began its final practice in preparation for this weekend's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, the team was hit with some unfortunate news when the skies decided to open up in Ashburn.
Typically, Washington holds its practices in the team's indoor bubble when the weather isn't cooperating. Well, that wasn't the case on Thursday, as the club held its entire practice outside despite the downpour that occurred.
While the conditions may not have been ideal for the players, they did make for some pretty good pictures.
Washington's official Instagram account posted multiple images from the practice this afternoon, and they didn't disappoint.
For those who would much rather watch football in perfect weather than pouring rain, don't worry. The forecast in Landover, Md., on Sunday for Washington's home opener against Philadelphia is 83 degrees, partly cloudy with minimal change of rain.
