The Red Tails movement for the new Washington Football Team name change just got a boost. 

With the planes memoralizing the first Black fighter pilot combat unit during World War II, this new design is certainly something the team can work with. Whether it's the Washington "W" or the airplane-styled "t" in Tails, the options are as sleek as ever, thanks to Ryan Curley on Instagram

Following the groundbreaking hire with new president Jason Wright, the first Black president of an NFL team, implementing a new team name based off such an honorable moment in this nation's history could be just what this franchise needs. 

Though the Red Wolves name is gaining more momentum among the Burgundy and Gold's loyal fanbase, this new design could prove to be a formiddable challenger.
