WATCH: Rivera works with Haskins after practice

ASHBURN -- Dwayne Haskins played relatively well during Tuesday's Washington Football Team practice but he did have one unfortunate rep on a throw to the outside that Landon Collins intercepted and ran back for a touchdown.

The ball came out a bit late, and running back J.D. McKissic ran his route a bit flat. It wasn't perfect, and Collins pounced.

After practice, head coach Ron Rivera saw Haskins and McKissic working on that play and gave some additional insight.

Rivera has spoken highly of Haskins this training camp but he continues to say the second-year player needs to keep learning. Teachable moments like this might help.

"He's working on, he's done some really good things," Rivera said of Haskins. "We are a young football team that has a lot to learn."
