In The Loop: Parra brings Baby Shark back, Hawks eliminate Sixers

First up in our look around the sports world, "Baby Shark" is BACK, Nationals fans.

Yep, you read that correctly.

During their weekend series against the New York Mets, the Washington Nationals called up veteran outfielder Gerardo Parra who hit a double in his first at-bat before eventually getting driven home by Kyle Schwarber on his third home run of the day.

With Parra back comes the return of the iconic "Baby Shark" chant which brought back the best memories from two seasons ago.

Next up, congrats to the Atlanta Hawks led by Trae Young who advanced to the Eastern Conference finals with a Game 7 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

On the flip side, 76ers center Joel Embiid left it all on the court after playing through a torn meniscus in his knee. Following his team's elimination, Embiid shared his love for the city of Philadelphia and Sixers fans on social media.
