As Georgetown attempts to fill out its roster for next season and before the Hoyas land a single 2016 recruit, they are on the board for 2017.
Guard Tyler Foster, a four-star recruit from Baltimore, committed to Georgetown, according to reports.
Tyler Foster continues to improve his offensive game. Was top 10 on Under Armour U16 circuit in scoring. Georgetown off to a good '17 start.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard stars at Gilman High School. Though currently 2017, the unsubstantiated rumor mill suggests Foster may reclassify for 2016, which may explain the very early commitment.
The final decision reportedly came down to Georgetown and VCU.
While 2017 is miles and miles away, especially in the current culture of leaving school early either for the NBA Draft or another program, it's perhaps worth mentioning that the bulk of Georgetown's is eligible for Foster's freshman season. Only three of the 12 players would run out of eligibility before the 2017-18 season.
* One scholarship remains open for the 2015-16 season. Try as they might, the Hoyas haven't been able to land that final player. The most prominent option remains Florida transfer and former Rutgers guard Eli Carter, who remains undecided. The 6-foot-2 scoring guard will visit UNLV after reportedly stopping at Georgetown last week.
