Kenny Albert and Billy Ripken will be the announcers for Saturdays game.On Sunday, Chris Tillman (1-0, 0.00) will be recalled from Bowie to start against Jason Verlander (9-5, 2.58), the losing pitcher in the All-Star Game.Gates will open at 2 p.m. for the Palmer ceremony. It begins at 2:15 p.m.
