On the 25th anniversary of Orioles Hall of Famer Cal Ripken Jr. breaking Lou Gehrig’s record for the longest streak of consecutive games played, MLB Network will air “The Streak: 25 Years Later” hosted by Ripken and Tom Verducci.

The Orioles legend and Emmy-winning reporter sit and watch the most memorable moments from the record-setting Game 2,131. Ripken tells behind-the-scene stories of how he became baseball’s Iron Man while explaining the mentality that allows a player to build such a streak.

The hour-long program dives into Ripken’s career, family and his race for history. It’s set to premiere at 8 pm. Sunday evening.
