Redskins QB Alex Smith wins the at-home workout power rankings

During this time in isolation, there’s been no shortage of creative and entertaining content from our favorite athletes. We’ve seen TikToks, trick shots and of course the most creative workouts. Despite sports being put on pause, athletes have stayed committed to working out at home to stay in shape for whenever seasons may resume. Here are the rankings of the BEST quarantine workouts we’ve seen, plus some honorable mentions.

10. Tom Brady

As the newest resident of Tampa Bay, Tom Brady is working on his footwork surrounded by palm trees and sunshine. Notice the privacy screens on the fencing to prevent boaters in Tampa from getting a glimpse of the newest Buccaneer.

9. Odell Beckham Jr.

If you’re going to choose anyone to do this trust challenge with you, it’s Odell Beckham Jr. He’s putting his patented pregame one-handed catches to the test.

8. LeBron James

As if LeBron James needed any more motivation, the release of “The Last Dance” will do this to you. James is using bands and weights in the hot sun to work on his core strength.

7. Mike Gesicki

We’ve seen NFL players use the Jug football throwing machine, but Miami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki took it to the next level. He made throwing this ball over a house, running through the house and catching it look easy.

6. Hunter Greene

Cincinnati Reds top pitching prospect Hunter Greene is showing off his training regime, and it looks a bit different than most. This is impressive, but seriously who is driving the car?!

5. Joey Gallo

If this doesn’t make you flinch, I don’t know what will. Texas Rangers’ Joey Gallo has some guts to have batting practice in his house, it’s all fun and games until a ball goes flying through the window. There goes that security deposit!

4. Rob Gronkowski and Venus Williams

Rob Gronkowski and Venus Williams just won Instagram Live. Williams has been hosting workouts for her followers during quarantine, but when Gronk joins in on the fun, things get interesting. Who needs weights when you can use your trophies?

3. James Harrison

James Harrison isn’t in the league anymore, but he continues to find ways to remind us not to forget that he’s a 2x Super Bowl Champ. Why do bicep curls with one trophy, when you have two? #JamesHarrisonProbz

2. Simone Biles

USA Gymnastics may have canceled the national championship, but Biles can host her own in her kitchen.

1.  Alex Smith
Since suffering a gruesome leg injury on November 18th 2018, recovery and rehab has ave been top priority for Redskins QB Alex Smith. Everyone has celebrated their quarantine birthday a little differently, but this is how Alex spent his 36th. To see him running drills, working on footwork and throwing passes is truly inspiring.

Honorable Mentions

Kevin Hart and Russell Westbrook

Lindsey Vonn and P.K. Subban

Mitch Marner

In The Loop: NBA bubble or Fyre Festival? Chargers' Austin Ekeler tours new SoFi Stadium

First up in our look around the sports world, Nashville Predators center Ryan Johansen's bulldog Dozer doesn’t seem to be phased as Ryan juggles a ping pong ball in his face. But let's just say Dozer isn't the best defender out there.

Next up, in this latest video posted on the Los Angeles Chargers Instagram page, running back Austin Ekeler received an up-close and personal tour of the team's new home at SoFi Stadium. He got to see the field, the epic locker rooms and everything in between!

Lastly, NBA players have started to arrive in Orlando, Fla. where the season is set to resume. If you're wondering what life in the bubble looks like though, here’s a sneak peek that some of the players gave of their views and meals. They weren't thrilled. Some are calling it Fyre Festival Part 2.
