With one of the most recognizable visors in the NFL, Lamar Jackson is now hopping on board its manufacturer.
Jackson joined #TeamOakley on Wednesday and tweeted a promotional video for his new sponsorship that featured John Harbaugh, Patrick Mahomes and other NFL stars both describing Lamar's electric play and welcoming him to the team.
While the brand's marquee ambassadors Juju Smith-Schuster and Mahomes welcoming Jackson, others were asked to use one word to describe his MVP-caliber play. From "high-energy" for Harbaugh to "electrifying" to LA Chargers safety Derwin James, Jackson's imprint on the league has taken full force in just two seasons.
Jackson wore a clear visor last season, and has been showing off a vintage golden-colored visor during training camp.
As the brand gets more and more involved in the sport, landing such a marketable franchise quarterback in Jackson goes a long way for Oakley's infiltration plans. Jackson will sport Oakley's Football Shield with "Prizm Clear, lens technology that enhances detail for the football environment," according to a Ravens release.
