After the Ravens Week 11 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore running back Mark Ingram went to the podium and gave a hype introduction speech of quarterback Lamar Jackson, the league's likely MVP.
He also introduced two words to the world that would become the unofficial motto of the team's 2019 season: Big Truss.
On Wednesday, Ingram joined the NBC Sports' ProFootballTalk crew, where he explained how the phrase became a thing in Baltimore.

"Lamar, he was just saying 'Truss.' Like, you know 'I'm with you,’" Ingram said.
While the running back gave his 23-year-old quarterback the credit for the ‘Truss’ part of the phrase, Ingram said he's the one who added ‘Big’ to it.
"I just kind of put the 'Big' on it. We do everything big," Ingram said. "He'd be like 'Truss, truss' and I'd be like 'Big Truss.' You know what I mean? I said it in the interview, messing around. Me, Lamar, Matt Judon, we were all right there messing around, and it went viral. So it's crazy."
Ingram enjoyed plenty of success in his first season with the Ravens. The 30-year-old rushed for over 1,000 yards for the third time in his career to go along with a career-high 15 total touchdowns. Ingram also earned his third Pro Bowl nod.
"They wanted me, and it ended up being a perfect match," Ingram said. "They accepted me. They allowed me to be myself. The organization is first-class from top to bottom."
