Ravens place three receivers on Reserve/COVID list

Just two days after their thrilling win over the Browns on Monday Night Football, the Ravens put three wide receivers (Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, Miles Boykin and James Proche) on the team’s Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Brown is tied for the team lead in receptions this year with 43 and is first in receiving yards, with 605. Boykin has 16 receptions for 206 yards and Proche is averaging 8.3 yards per return as the team’s lone punt returner.

The Ravens recently got over one of the worst COVID-19 outbreaks in pro sports, where 23 players eventually made their way to the list. Just one player, safety Geno Stone, was left on the COVID list from the original outbreak.

Any coronavirus news for the Ravens has got to elicit fear due to what the last month or so has looked like for the team. Coach John Harbaugh is scheduled to speak with the media at 5:45 pm, where there should be more clarity on the team’s situation.

Without Brown, Boykin and Proche, the Ravens have five receivers left on the roster: Dez Bryant, Devin Duvernay, Chris Moore, Willie Snead and Jaylon Moore (who is on the practice squad).
