Coming off a huge win on Monday Night Football, the Ravens received disappointing news Tuesday when they placed three wide receivers on the reserve/COVID-19 list, including Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, Miles Boykin and rookie James Proche.
The three receivers were considered close contacts to a Ravens coach who tested positive for COVID-19, but they have continued to test negative throughout the week, meaning they could be eligible for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
The team has yet to confirm it, but according to a report by Field Yates, the team has activated all three ahead of Week 15.
This is a great boost to a Ravens team that already has depth and experience issues in their receiving corps. Proche is a rookie who has played limited snaps, but he is the team's primary punt returner. Brown is the team's top receiving option, especially deep, and Boykin is among their best downfield blockers.
The Ravens were already heavily favored against Jacksonville on Sunday even without these three, but as the team tries to build momentum for a playoff run, they will be thrilled to have their offense healthier.
