In a world that has been so unpredictable over the past few months, one constant has remained: Chase Young putting together insane workout videos.
The No. 2 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft has yet to get the opportunity to show off his skills with Washington. However, it hasn't stopped him from having his strength and athleticism on display for the world to see.
Somehow, Young has found a way to out-do himself with his latest session that went viral.

The first drill that features Young easily clearing incredibly high hurdles shows that gravity doesn't really apply to him. Young is 264 pounds of pure muscle, and yet he gracefully leaps over each obstacle in a way that makes it seem effortless. The fact that he can jump that high at that size is absurd, and it also means quarterbacks should get ready for plenty of passes to be deflected.
Young then easily transitioned into a full out sprint that has to be giving offensive linemen nightmares. For good measure, he also showed off his strength later in the video with leg workouts that can make you feel the burn just watching them. A walking lunge with a ton of weight on his back? Not a problem for Chase Young.
There's no denying that Young has the size, strength and overall athletic ability to be a star in the NFL. Soon enough, he'll finally get the opportunity to show how these workouts are only part of what makes him impressive.
