A few days before the Washington Redskins would make Dwayne Haskins the 15th overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, the quarterback prospect took to Twitter to let any team thinking of drafting him know that he had a specific request.
On Friday night, the Redskins were able to deliver on that wish. Drafting Ohio State receiver Terry McLaurin with the No. 76 pick, Haskins will be reunited with his college teammate. It's safe to say that he's pretty excited about it.
McLaurin quickly responded, showing that he was just as pleased with the situation.

There's a lot to be happy about here for all parties involved. The Redskins now have filled two holes in the draft, grabbing a quarterback and a playmaking wide receiver, Haskins will get to begin his career with someone he has already established a solid chemistry with, and McLaurin will get to catch passes from the man who helped him put up the best numbers of his collegiate career in 2018.
