Montez Sweat is taller than Trent Williams, weighs as much as Ryan Kerrigan... and he easily ran a faster 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine than Derrius Guice did.

That's absurd, right?

Well, Sweat's 4.41 40 in Indianapolis becomes even more absurd when you look around the league and compare it to how other players ran in their respective Combines.

Check out this sampling of guys the pass rusher eclipsed in football's most famous test:

-AJ Green (4.50)

-Tyrann Mathieu (4.50)

-Devin McCourty (4.48)

-Christian McCaffrey (4.48)

-Derwin James (4.47)

-Stefon Diggs (4.46)

-Odell Beckham Jr. (4.43)

-Calvin Ridley (4.43)

-Amari Cooper (4.42)

-Golden Tate (4.42)

-Tarik Cohen (4.42)

-DJ Moore (4.42)

Seven wideouts, three defensive backs and two running backs make up that list. That's a little bit insane.

Of course, Sweat is going to need more than speed to succeed at his position for the Burgundy and Gold. Still, the fact that he's that explosive at his size bodes well for his future. It also makes no sense and should make you feel very inferior as a fellow human being.
