Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins attended protests against racial injustice in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, meeting with Mayor Muriel Bowser before marching with demonstrators across the city.

Haskins tweeted that he had an “amazing experience” at the protest, which is one of dozens that have taken place across the U.S. following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis while in police custody.

Several other D.C. stars have taken active approaches to promoting the Black Lives Matter movement over the past week, including Capitals goalie Braden Holtby, Wizards guard Bradley Beal, Nationals closer Sean Doolittle and Mystics guard Natasha Cloud.
