However hard you've been pushing workouts during Coronavirus quarantine, Ryan Kerrigan has been pushing harder.
In late March, Kerrigan's wife posted a video of the Redskins second all-time sack leader pushing her around in what looks like a big SUV. Plenty of non-football playing people watched the video in admiration.

Last week, Kerrigan explained that it wasn't actually that big of a deal. Seriously.

"It sounds like a great feat, it’s not that bad. It’s not that heavy it’s more of the distance that got me," Kerrigan said. "It was just trying to be resourceful. I don’t have a sled or anything to push so had to get the conditioning and strength in somehow."
The SUV in the video sure looks like a Chevy Tahoe, and an average Tahoe weighs 5,500 lbs. Sure, it's on wheels, but it's still 5,500 lbs.
Kerrigan has always been absurdly strong. That's been a huge part of his success with the Redskins. He's also been extremely dedicated and diligent in his workouts, another part of his success with the Redskins and a huge part of not missing a single game for more than eight seasons in Washington.

With the arrival of Chase Young and the possible emergence of Montez Sweat, Kerrigan's role in the Redskins defense could be different in 2020. What won't be different is how hard he works, whether he has access to a gym and regular weights or he's pushing cars around his neighborhood during quarantine.
