While not much has gone right for the Redskins in the first three quarters against Buffalo, running back Adrian Peterson has put together quite the performance.
The 34-year-old running back had over 100 yards at halftime, and turned in a pair of two vintage runs that makes it really hard to believe that Peterson is, in fact, 34.
On the first one, No. 26 looked like he was stopped at the line for little to no gain. But Peterson, somehow, found a tiny hole to squeak out of and turned a gain of a couple of yards at most into a 28-yard run.

In the third quarter, Peterson took a handoff from QB Dwayne Haskins and was immediately met behind the line by Bills cornerback Levi Wallace. But the NFL's sixth all-time leading rusher refused to go down easily and used a stiff arm to toss Wallace to the ground, before stepping over him and rushing for an eventual eight-yard gain.

Those runs are impressive for anybody, but even more impressive for a 13-year veteran.
Washington's offense has not had much success lately, as they have not found the end zone since the third quarter of their Week 6 victory in Miami. That's 12 quarters and counting. But runs like these from Peterson are still very impressive.
