How do you make a healthy juice? If you're Brooks Laich, you put a bunch of kale, beets and lemons in your juicer, then share it on Instagram.
If you're Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin, you go straight to the bottle. Or at least that's the joke.
Ovechkin commented on his former teammate's juicing post with a recipe of his own.

I am a huge advocate of homemade organic juicing as many of you know. For those of you who have inquired about what I put in my juices, here it is - kale, spinach, ginger, beets, celery, carrots, cucumbers, a lemon, tomato, apple, and a pear. I drink an 18oz juice every morning and @juleshough drinks a 12oz. The long term health benefits are incredible, but also you will have endless energy and positivity during the day! We use a @ceadovenezia juicer, would highly recommend it! Let me know what you put in your juices! 🥒
@brookslaich: I poot beer and Russian vodka!trust me it's work
Was there ever a more typical Ovechkin comment on the Internet? How can we top this? The crying laughing emojis are great, but the spelling really makes this post for me.
Good to know that Laich can't escape trolling Capitals, even if he's not in Washington anymore.
