In hockey whenever you can score and hit a goalie's water bottle, it's something special. It's like an and-1 in basketball. It counts just as much as a regular three-pointer, but demonstrates an awesome degree of difficulty to add insult to injury.
On Sunday, T.J. Oshie certainly added insult to injury with his second-period goal. You can watch it in the video above.
Oshie's goal was one of the prettiest you will ever see. Nicklas Backstrom fed him from behind the net and Oshie fired a one-timer from the faceoff circle that beat Los Angels Kings goalie Peter Budaj short-side, top-shelf for the phenomenal goal.
The puck didn't just dent the twine, however, it took out the water bottle too.
That's not water coming out of the bottle, it's glory.
