It's clear that not everyone is a fan of Washington's decision to carry the name "Washington Football Team" into the 2020 NFL season.
Add to that list NBA royalty, LeBron James.
Just waking back up from my pregame nap to see about The Washington Football team??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Is that real?? No way! Oh man they had a thorough intense long board meeting about that one huh. 🥴🤦🏾♂️

"Just waking back up from my pregame nap to see about The Washington Football team???" James said. "Is that real?? No way! Oh man they had a thorough intense long board meeting about that one huh."
James is a known Dallas Cowboys fan and this isn't the first time he's taken a shot at the Burgandy and Gold.

Back in 2016, Washington was preparing for a playoff matchup with the Green Bay Packers when James and the Cleveland Cavaliers were in town to take on the Washington Wizards. During shootaround, when asked about Washington hosting the Packers Sunday at FedEx Field, James responded, "Go Aaron Rodgers."
Switching back to present day, the Lakers are set to take on the Dallas Mavericks in their first NBA scrimmage inside of the Orlando bubble later Thursday evening.
James made it clear he's still locked in for the game, he just had to get that off of his chest.
Now time to begin prepping for my night out of the town aka the Stage! 😁👑
