In the last week the Redskins fired two personnel executives and watched legendary team broadcaster Larry Michael retire.
Washington is also in the midst of changing its team name after nearly 90 years playing under a nickname that some considered a racial slur. The decision to change that name began internally in June but the demand grew when numerous corporations publicly requested a name change.
On top of that former highly paid cornerback Josh Norman tweeted out that “what goes around comes around” as it relates to Washington and there are persistent rumors of a pending investigative report that could be damaging to the franchise.
Well, here come the lawyers.

When the lawyers get involved means things are quite serious. It likely also means whatever report is expected could be delayed, and the dark cloud that seems to follow the Washington franchise will keep lingering.
