Washington Football fans could use some good news, and on Monday afternoon, they got some when running back Derrius Guice announced he's healthy.https://twitter.com/DhaSickest/status/1287825989175779328?s=20
Guice looks like a Pro Bowl type runner when he's on the field but the problem is it doesn't happen all that often.
In two seasons since Washington drafted him in the second round, Guice has played just five games. He missed his entire rookie season after a preseason injury and then suffered two knee injuries last year.
There was one game, ironically against Ron Rivera in Carolina, where Guice played and looked dominant. Remember this?
We had to wait about a year-and-half longer that we expected to see it, but the Derrius Guice experience was worth the wait.— Jeff Nowak (@Jeff_Nowak) December 1, 2019
The former LSU star just did despicable things to the Panthers 😳😳😳👇
If that version of Guice gets back on the field for Washington, he's a game changer. That could be very good news.
