DeSean Jackson has just accomplished a feat only the great Jerry Rice has bested.
After his over-the-shoulder 80-yard touchdown in the third quarter against the Eagles, the 30-year-old wideout inched closer to an impressive all-time mark.
DeSean Jackson's 80-yard TD passes Devin Hester into 2nd place all-time with TD receptions of 60 + yards. He's one behind Jerry Rice #httr— Chick Hernandez (@MrChickSports) December 11, 2016
Jackson is only one bomb away from tying Rice, a record that could cement him as one of the best deep threats in NFL history. Not a bad feather to have in your cap if you're about to enter free agency in a few months.
