Sports fans learn a lot of important things in their life. Chief among them is to not get attached to players.
It's rare for any athlete in any league to finish out his or her entire career with one team. Even fan favorites tend to move on at some point.
One such fan favorite whom many in the DC area have loved for quite some time, but who now has a new home, is ex-Redskins lineman Chris Baker. Swaggy is now swaggin' down in Tampa Bay with the Buccaneers, and a video the Bucs released on Wednesday served as a painful reminder of that fact.

Here is said video. You can watch it if you'd like, but be prepared — it's going to sting quite a bit:

Baker made that sack dance famous with the Redskins, and it was common to see him do it while in burgundy and gold. It doesn't look so normal in Tampa's red, orange and pewter, though (an aside: has a color's name and a color's ugliness ever matched up so well? Pewter sounds gross and pewter looks gross, too).
Each thrust hurts more than the last. It's almost too much to bear starting around thrust No. 7, in fact.Â
Now, once Baker and the Redskins parted ways, it was a given he'd bring his dancing with him down south. But that doesn't make seeing it for the first time any easier.
