Quinton Dunbar played big for Washington in Sunday's win over the New York Giants. He also suffered what he calls a "little dislocation" of his left index finger, but it doesn't really sound like it when he explains it.
Speaking to CSN's Chick Hernandez and Trevor Matich on Redskins Postgame Live, Dunbar described the sequence during which the injury took place.
"I got a little dislocation," he said. "The bone was sticking out, so they had to sew it back in but I'll be all right.
"I made the play and then I celebrated a little bit and I didn't feel it, then a second later I looked down and my finger was leaning all the way to the left and I'm like, 'Oh, Lord.' I ran off to the sideline and showed them my finger and that was that."
Dunbar finished with three passes defended, two tackles, and one interception in the win.
