CHICAGO—The Redskins have made a change to their roster in advance of tomorrow’s game against the Chicago Bears.
The team added linebacker Lynden Trail from the practice squad. Trail, 6-7, 260, spent the offseason with the Redskins but he was released in August. He spent some time on the practice squad before being released from there in September. The Norfolk State product was signed back to the practice yesterday and received a quick promotion to the 53-man roster today.
Trail has yet to appear in an NFL game.
To make room for Trail, the Redskins released veteran linebacker Nick Moody, who was signed last week.
